Kh3 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the kh3 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change — please check this page regularly for updates.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the kh3 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document, including Privacy Policy and all additional guidelines published by kh3 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kh3 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The kh3 platform is for individual use only and must not be used for any commercial purposes or betting on behalf of third parties without explicit written permission from kh3.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibility
Registration Eligibility
To register an account with kh3, you must be at least 18 years old and located where use of such platforms is legally permitted. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true, complete, and up to date. kh3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm user eligibility.
One Account Per User
Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts, including freezing of existing balances.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. kh3 is not liable for any losses resulting from password disclosure to others. Please notify the kh3 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Kh3 users must comply with all the following platform usage rules at all times while using the service:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to exploit the betting or gaming systems on the kh3 platform is strictly prohibited.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage from any promotions or bonuses is prohibited.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activities under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Distributing false information, offensive content, or illegal material through any communication channels on the platform is prohibited.
- Users must use valid payment methods registered under their own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited without special approval.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or appropriate legal action.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
Currency
All transactions on the kh3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts, withdrawal limits, and promotion terms are stated in RM. kh3 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed by the kh3 system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. Withdrawals will be processed after all eligibility requirements are met, including complete identity verification. kh3 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and withdrawal limits as separately stated on the respective pages. Promotions. kh3 reserves the right to cancel any bonuses if users are found violating usage terms or abusing promotions.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Kh3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The entire kh3 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding performance or suitability for any specific purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kh3 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of kh3 or our licensors. Use, duplication, or redistribution of any content without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The kh3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. kh3 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Kh3 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or platform abuse. Any eligible balance in accounts closed for such breaches may be confiscated. Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may contact kh3 support for assistance.
Changes to Terms
Kh3 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted according to Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
